  • Ensure timecards are complete, accurate and ready for payroll processing in preparation for the bi-weekly and semi-monthly payrolls.
  • Manage workflow to ensure all pre-payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
  • Run daily, weekly and per pay period timekeeping reports to support HR partners and production leadership for proactive data accuracy in the timekeeping system.
  • Audit and reconcile time keeping system to ensure compliance with company policy and procedure.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll audits.
  • Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate preprocess reports to ensure accurate processing of data changes.
  • Manage and respond to employee payroll-related tickets through the internal ticketing system, providing accurate information and timely resolutions in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Support the off-cycle payroll process for supplemental bonuses, incentives, relocation, and long-term incentives as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of employee payroll information, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Continuously innovate timekeeping and payroll solutions and process improvement.
  • Associates degree with emphasis in Accounting or Finance.
  • Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing and speaking English.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience processing payroll or experience with a timekeeping system for 1000+ employees.
  • Manufacturing or related experience preferred.
  • Experience with Workday preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated comfort in multi-national environments.
  • Clear prioritization to advance efforts on multiple fronts.
  • Flexibility - critical for a start-up environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel with the ability to perform advanced data analysis and reporting.
