This role will also oversee payroll reporting, assist with audits, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Secondary responsibilities include supporting HR functions such as onboarding and maintaining employee records. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment are essential.
