PAYROLL & COMPENSATION COORDINATOR POSITION SUMMARY Spicer Group is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Payroll & Compensation Coordinator to join our Corporate Accounting team. The Payroll & Compensation Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees. This role oversees payroll operations, maintains payroll systems, ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, and supports compensation and reporting functions. This position also collaborates with HR and Accounting to manage employee data and payroll-related analysis.
