  • Full Payroll Analyst support to manage Compensation and Benefit and vendor relationships.
  • Maintains files for all documents processed.
  • Assists with creation, transmission and processing of compensation/benefit payroll files.
  • Supports the C&B Professionals in administrative tasks.
  • Administer communications with respect to payroll on processes, changes and or issues for all Benefit and Compensation related requests.
  • Assist in Analysis, develop, test and implement processes, technologies and systems needs for all compensation and benefits payroll processing.
  • Create, maintain and audit proposes and / or implements payroll methods, processes or programs regarding Compensation & Benefits (C&B), and advises managers and / or employees accordingly.
  • Responds to inquiries from the from employees all payroll related compensation and benefits topics.
  • Reconcile and audit all payroll compensation and benefits special processing files and GL accounts.
  • Initiates necessary adjustments of processes as required in accordance with policy and process.
  • Develop reports and provide to Compensation and Benefit COE as required.
  • Perform payroll file loads and balance payroll data to ensure accuracy.
  • Execute day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.
  • Perform Excel-based tasks such as VLOOKUPs and data analysis for payroll accuracy and reporting.
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts for payroll and HR operations.
  • 3-5 years’ Experience in all Payroll related Compensation and Benefit processing.
  • Strong knowledge of overall payroll processing.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems to manage and track cases.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and basic formulas.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and follow through on assignments.
  • Experience with Dayforce HCM.
  • Familiarity with Payroll administrative tasks and support processes for Compensation and Benefits.
  • Exposure to HRIS systems and workforce management tools.
  • Basic understanding of HR policies and compliance.
