Enter payroll data efficiently and timely as required to ensure smooth payroll processing. Assist with the administration of the timekeeping and PTO system and update it as required to reflect the frequently changing timekeeping/PTO processes and policies of a rapidly growing organization. Monitors, maintains, processes and ensures accuracy for payments and time entry for assigned employees. Verifies time reported and contacts work locations to resolve any questions concerning employee’s pay and/or discrepancies. Answers email and telephone requests from employees regarding payroll questions. Updates payroll records by entering any changes to employee information such as exemptions, time worked, leave and balance adjustments. Performs other duties as assigned.
