The primary focus of this position as a member of the Payroll team is to assist and support in ensuring accurate processing and recording of company’s payroll by reviewing, and entering of payroll processing changes such as, but not limited to, direct deposit, tax forms, timekeeping, employee PTO banks and participating in other payroll department activities as required. The Payroll Clerk functions in a line capacity performing general Payroll Clerk duties under the direction of the Payroll Coordinator. The Payroll Clerk performs all of the duties normally associated with the title Clerk with some additional Payroll responsibilities. He or She must have good general math skills and knowledge of Payroll functions.
