The Payroll and Benefits Manager oversees payroll and benefits administration across Everly’s entities and localities in the United States. This role ensures that all payrolls are processed accurately and on time, maintains compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and manages employee benefits programs to support Everly’s mission of empowering better health (group health, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, accident plan, health savings plan, flexible spending plan, retirement plans, etc.). The Manager partners closely with HR and Finance to design efficient processes, support employees, and enhance the overall total rewards experience.
