About The Position

You will provide outstanding customer service to field offices and co-workers. You will assist with payroll requests and questions via inbox and hotline, ensuring timely and accurate responses, and confirm the completion of standard payroll forms. Monitoring and managing requests and concerns through the ticketing system will also be a key aspect of your role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to field offices and co-workers.
  • Assist field offices with payroll requests and questions received through inbox and hotline.
  • Ensure all requests are responded to in a timely manner.
  • Confirm standard payroll forms are completed correctly.
  • Monitor requests and concerns within the ticketing system.
  • Complete all duties with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Analyze personnel and payroll information and take appropriate action.
  • Function as a team member.
  • Exhibit excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and follow through on outstanding issues.
  • Adhere to all client and worksite rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or deemed necessary by the facility or supervisor.
