About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Payroll & Ticket Resolution Specialist to support payroll operations, commission processing, and employee service requests. This role ensures accurate payroll and commission payments while efficiently resolving payroll-related tickets. Pay Range: $18-$20 per hour. The listed pay range is a guideline; final compensation will be based on experience, skills, and internal equity. Location: Bridgeview

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Experience with payroll, commissions, or HRIS/ticketing systems preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Process payroll and commissions accurately and on time
• Review and audit payroll and commission data for accuracy and compliance
• Investigate and resolve payroll and commission discrepancies
• Manage and close employee service tickets
• Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality of employee data
