About The Position

The Payroll Associate at Southwest Women's Care PC is responsible for managing timekeeping software and ensuring accurate payroll processing. This role involves verifying time cards, assisting managers with time-related issues, and maintaining employee records within the timekeeping system. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous payroll experience with ADP.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Adobe.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive issues.
  • Excellent communication and human relations skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform efficiently with analytical/problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Verify all time cards on a weekly basis and communicate issues to staff and managers.
  • Provide the Payroll Team with required reports and data from the timekeeping software for payroll processing.
  • Assist managers with time card and time off issues.
  • Adjust employee schedules in the timekeeping software as requested by managers.
  • Enter new employees and inactivate terminating employees in the timekeeping software.
  • Enter employee changes and notes in the timekeeping system.
  • Assist the HR Team with resume processes, scanning, and other tasks as approved by the Executive Practice Manager.
