About the position

The Payroll Associate is responsible for managing payroll processes and ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery for employees. This role involves collaborating with HR and finance teams to maintain payroll records, resolve discrepancies, and support compliance with payroll regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing or HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance.
  • Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with ADP payroll systems.
  • Certification in payroll management (e.g., CPP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
