Requirements

• 2-4 years payroll operations experience, ideally in a larger organization.
• Experience utilizing Workday.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing daily tax reports generated in Workday and transmitting tax payments to ADP for 40+ states while reconciling tax liabilities and payments.
• Assist in processing Vacation Payouts, loads and EIBs, and Workday Retro Processing.
• Perform daily audits of data entered by employees and payroll staff.
• Communicate with agencies and employees in all matters relating to Withholding Orders.
• Ensure that orders are set up correctly in compliance with the law, remitted to the appropriate agencies, and that electronic files received are accurate.
• Create and submit labor reports for federal, state, NYS, and NJ Dept of Labor to the Bureau of Statistics.
• Perform daily payroll audits and ensure daily, biweekly, and post-confirm audit reports generated in Workday, reviewed, and distributed as needed.
• Act as liaison with Chase bank and MSK treasury department to troubleshoot employee ACH and check issues.
• Manage the ACH returns and communication with the employees.
• Prepare documentation requested by internal and external auditors and the MSK Legal Department.
• Provide superior customer service to all employees and external business partners, by providing precise and accurate guidance to all inquiries via email.
