Arkema is seeking a Payroll and Tax Control Administrator to join our team - This position reports to our Payroll and Tax Control Manager, and is based at our North American Headquarters in Radnor, PA. The Payroll and Tax Control Administrator will provide Payroll & Tax Analysis, Administration and Support across several entities within Arkema in the US. This role will also support special projects and tasks in related area as required including, but not limited to, items related to mergers and acquisitions, system changes/upgrades, updates to policies and practices, etc. Other key dimensions and context: Role reports to the Manager, Payroll Control, with Payroll tax oversight from Senior Payroll & Tax Control Specialist, as well as on timekeeping and specific payroll functions. Operates in an environment of time sensitive business cycles and need to adhere to critical deadlines. A sense of urgency and a proactive approach to addressing issues is expected. May be required to work some additional hours during certain time sensitive business cycles and other critical deadlines. Composure, ability to build rapport and trust, good judgment and analytical skills are also needed to be effective in the role.
