This role is responsible for, but not limited to the following: Execute all venue payroll and work with department managers to confirm payroll accuracy Maintain logs of time sheets for entire season Verify employee time sheets Works with department managers to ensure that all departments are scheduled appropriately Works closely with venue leadership for labor budgets Assist different departments as needed on Show Days and Load In/Load Out Days Coordinate and confirm event staffing to meet management requirements for all departments Maintain scheduling templates and ensure staffing follows the requirements of these staffing templates Monitor and document call-outs and no-show shifts – Calling in additional staff when necessary and possible. Support venue operations with additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 Years of experience using payroll and scheduling platform(s)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
  • Available days, nights, weekends from March-October
  • Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  • Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy
  • A strong-sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
