Responsible for reconciliation of various payroll data entered into the Workday payroll system to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Review of time entered to ensure compliance with company policies including but not limited to entering employee data, reviewing time data, and proposed payroll output. Supports the Senior Manager of Payroll in the operation, maintenance and management of all Workday payroll-related systems and solutions including working with the payroll processor OneSource Virtual (OSV) on payroll and payroll tax related matters. Responsible for reviewing and updating state and local payroll taxes and management of state unemployment account management. Manage payroll taxes assigned to workers when address changes occur. Review and process notices received from Federal, State and local agencies related to payroll taxes.
