About The Position

The position involves supporting and processing two bi-weekly payrolls (hourly and salaried) for a workforce of 500+ employees, ensuring accurate and timely payments in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The role supports end-to-end payroll functions, including timekeeping review, earnings and deductions, garnishments, tax withholdings, and direct deposits using Workday and ADP platforms. Additionally, the position assists with onboarding payroll activities, conducts new hire orientations, processes offboarding paperwork, maintains employee records, tracks leaves of absence, provides support in benefits administration, reviews job applications, maintains electronic personnel files, and collaborates with HR and Finance to resolve payroll issues.
