The Payroll and Accounts Payable Manager at The Cypher Company is responsible for overseeing all payroll and accounts payable functions within a small office environment.   • Maintain full general ledger and reconcile bank records.
  • Control inventory and coordinate payroll with service providers.
  • File sales tax returns and generate monthly financial statements.
  • Handle wire transfers, accounts payable, and purchasing both domestically and offshore.
  • Work closely with the owner to maintain personal records and perform various office duties.
  • Associate's degree or Business School degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of work experience in a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience with accounting software, preferably Trulinx.
  • Excellent computer skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Trulinx software is a plus.
