About The Position

The Payroll Analyst at FedEx is responsible for providing analysis and resolving payroll issues under general supervision. This role involves identifying and addressing systems issues and customer inquiries while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
• Two (2) years of experience in Payroll, Financial Systems Processing, Financial Analysis, Financial Planning, Business Consulting, Project Management, Accounting, Audit, or Operational Analysis.
• Knowledge of personal computer applications.
• Good analytical, human relations, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and helps to address systems issues and customer inquiries in compliance with company policies.
• Analyzes and helps to resolve matters pertaining to tax, wage and hour compliance, garnishments, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
