  • Analyses, audits, reconciles and resolves complex payroll processing and employee payroll issues to ensure smooth payroll processing.
  • Ensures payroll reporting and payments are compliant with company policy, generally accepted accounting principles, and applicable regulations.
  • Researches and interprets regulatory requirements and resolves tax, withholding, garnishment, and compensation and benefits issues for payroll processing.
  • Responds to auditing and regulatory inquiries.
  • Creates standard operating procedures, responds to merger and acquisition activities, and monitors monthly journal entry and accurate schedules.
  • May respond to and resolve client inquires.
  • May work with system programmers to achieve solutions or administer company payroll system with outside service provider.
  • Prepare and validate load files to support conversion and testing.
  • Understanding integrations to and from multiple vendors and sources.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related area
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with ADP Global View in operational/pay administration role (not project consulting) with multi-state processing.
  • 3-5 years operational experience with ADP Global View Specifically.
  • Experience as a Payroll/Benefits Specialist
  • Time and Attendance experience including Alight Leave Management System
  • Strong organizational and analytical capability.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ability to audit input and output for variance.
  • Able to speak and write Spanish and English
  • Able to work independently, familiarity wit common analytical techniques and interpretation of data.
  • UKG Timekeeping administration for payroll processing experience
