About The Position

Join our HR team as a key partner in ensuring accurate payroll, seamless benefits administration, and strong personnel cost control across our U.S./Americas organization. Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation and processing of weekly and biweekly payrolls, ensuring accurate wages, deductions, taxes, and compliance across multiple locations.
  • Manage payroll workflows and maintain data integrity across systems such as ERP LN, Ceridian Dayforce, and electronic timekeeping platforms.
  • Serve as the go‑to expert on payroll, benefits, HRIS administration, and personnel cost reporting.
  • Support employees by addressing payroll questions and resolving issues in a timely, service-oriented manner.
  • Administer employee benefit programs—including onboarding, open enrollment, COBRA, disability claims, and regulatory filings.
  • Review and audit benefit enrollments, billing accuracy, and dependent eligibility; collaborate with Accounting on quarterly and year‑end audits.
  • Build and maintain personnel cost plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in partnership with HR and Finance.
  • Create and manage databases to track key HR metrics, KPIs, and monthly personnel cost data.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports, forecast updates, and ad hoc analyses for leadership.
  • Support monthly close activities and ensure accurate allocation and reconciliation of payroll and benefit costs.
  • Contribute to internal and external audits related to HR processes, payroll, and benefit programs.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance HR operations through process improvements, automation, and cost optimization.
