The Payroll Analyst will coordinate and support day-to-day payroll and HCM operations. In this role, you’ll serve as a critical link between Payroll and other departments, ensuring seamless data flow, compliance with regulatory requirements, and accurate processing of payroll, time, and attendance data. You'll play a key role in reporting, system testing, audits, and special projects, while also acting as a subject matter expert in payroll analytics and workforce management systems. Under direct supervision, you will compile and process necessary information in the Dayforce HCM system including Payroll, Time and Attendance (WFM), Leave of Absence administration, and sales commission database. Process weekly payroll and quarterly and annual bonus incentive payments for Exempt, Non-Exempt, and commissioned sales employees. This position reports to the Payroll Supervisor and works closely with the Payroll Manager to support continuous improvement across payroll and HCM functions.
