About The Position
The Payroll Administrator at Lubrizol Corporation is responsible for providing payroll support for all manufacturing facilities in North America. This role involves ensuring operational efficiency and continuous improvement of payroll processes, while delivering quality customer service. The Payroll Administrator will work closely with the Time and Attendance team to process payroll accurately and on time, address payroll-related inquiries, and recommend improvements to payroll governance and programs.
