Overview Payroll Administrator Onsite Delaware, OH Job Description Responsibilities: Process multi-state weekly and biweekly payroll Manage multiple timekeeping systems Manage payroll tax obligations which include federal tax deposits, state withholdings, garnishments, etc. Make necessary electronic transfers for payroll including deposit, ACH, and tax deposits. Audit payrolls produced by others Remit monthly/quarterly/annual withholding taxes timely Prepare quarterly payroll tax reports, file annual reports for registered states Administer and ensure adherence to company policies Other duties as assigned.
