The Payroll Administrator is responsible for administering payroll for 300+ U.S.-based exempt and non-exempt employees, across multiple states. This role performs timely and accurate processing of biweekly payroll cycles, maintains payroll records, and responds to employee inquiries. The Payroll Administrator works closely with HR and Finance to support payroll operations and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a hybrid position that requires in-person presence at the Grand Rapids office at least 3 days per week, with the option to work from home 2 days per week.
