About The Position

In this role, the Payroll Administrator will create, review, test, and approve all configuration changes related to payroll and accounts payable systems. A deep understanding of the impacted information systems is essential, as the administrator will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive documentation of business practices and requirements. This documentation will be crucial for process improvement initiatives and for guiding system upgrades and implementations. The Payroll Administrator will also play a key role in identifying synergies and redundancies between various systems, deploying work streams to optimize performance. Additionally, the administrator will assess the training and educational needs of the HRIS team, leading or participating in training sessions as necessary. Developing departmental training plans for application usage and workflow will also be part of the responsibilities, ensuring that all team members are equipped to utilize the systems effectively.
