At BOK Financial, our success starts with our incredible talent. We need a detail-oriented customer service enthusiast like yourself to join our Mortgage Servicing group as a Payoff Specialist II. Bring your knowledge and passion for loan servicing to us. The Payoff Specialist II has extensive knowledge in the payoff department processes and is primarily responsible for: (1) providing payoff information to our customers (2) removing the lien of our mortgage by recording a release within the legal time frame; orders a high volume of payoff statements daily and mails or faxes them. Payoff department staff are crossed trained to support each other in all duties. Each team member is responsible for their daily tasks, but all work together to ensure the day's work is completed. They celebrate successes and find solutions together. They are a very close-knit group that are all rowing in the same direction to deliver prompt responses to our clients' needs. We participate in group learning and idea-sharing, and we practice candid communication through our open-door policy. Problems are brought to the surface, and so are solutions; we're receptive to feedback and constructive criticism. We believe in personal and shared accountability.

Requirements

• Completion of High School.
• 5-7 years related mortgage or title experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive payoff statements through the system and fax or mail the requesting parties as needed through your email box.
• Prepare and send the release of lien to recording districts or title companies and document your work regularly.
• Process requests for partial releases on mortgages, which involve making informed decisions on loan to value ratios.
• Process RECASTS for customers and have direct interaction with them daily.
