Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, customer success, or a similar client-facing role
• Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple implementations simultaneously
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience with payment processing systems and financial transactions

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with nonprofit organizations or faith-based organizations
• Knowledge of payments/accounts payable processing
• Familiarity with API integrations
• Experience with financial management systems
• Project management experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead accounts payable automation implementation projects for new clients, including configuration, testing, and launch
• Configure payments according to client specifications
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Vendor) to resolve technical issues and enhance platform functionality
• Provide technical consultation to clients on best practices
• Create and maintain documentation for client implementations and internal processes
• Train clients on platform usage and provide ongoing technical support during the implementation phase
• Ensure client ramps to expected volumes within expected timeframes
