About The Position

The overnight Lockbox department processes wholesale transactions for companies (primarily with medical companies), setting up their deposits for the morning. Each night the mail is sorted, checks are matched with invoices, and scanned into the system. This is a high volume, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High School diploma.
• Working level knowledge of the business unit and operational functions for the business area supported.
• Ability to execute transactions accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Executes transactions accurately, on time and in line with established guidelines/procedures while adhering to formal or informal Service Level Agreement(s) (SLAs).
• Refers or escalates processing or operational issues as needed based on a solid understanding of the issue.
• Identifies opportunities to improve service delivery.
• Supports partners with incoming transactions, validating information as needed to perform adjustments within authority levels.
• Completes assigned workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivity.
• Understands internal and industry regulations, remains informed of emerging issues and applies appropriate due diligence.
• Actively reviews internal processes/activities and provides ideas for process improvement.
• Participates fully as a member of the team, promotes team effectiveness and contributes to a positive work environment.
