Product Management and Development: Work with NAM Domestic Payments Head to set the strategic vision and multi-year product roadmap in tandem with Global BaaS Product and functional partners, including continued support and/or build out of the BaaS product suite and other value-added capabilities. Collaborate with Technology and other partners to drive forward-looking infrastructure planning to support growth at scale.

  • Build out and manage P&L to deliver Revenue, Expense and Net Income Plan that maximizes profitability and enables growth in Domestic and LMS product
  • Collaborate with Global BaaS product team & NAM Risk & Control functions and other individuals as needed to maintain a pristine risk and control environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in product management, sales leadership, or business development within the financial services or FinTech industry, with a strong focus on Banking as a Service (BaaS) or similar digital banking solutions.
  • Proven track record of successfully commercializing complex financial products and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Extensive experience with North American financial markets, regulatory environments, and client needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a P&L, make strategic pricing decisions, and oversee product rollouts.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
