About The Position

Shiftsmart is building a labor platform that combines workforce management technology with a global network of flexible workers. The company aims to create scalable labor solutions for major companies and government agencies. The mission of the payments and support team is to ensure that partners have the best experience on the platform, working closely with various teams to solve partner issues and ensure timely payments. This role is based in New York City, typically requiring 4+ days in the office.

Requirements

  • Results-driven with a track record of driving outcomes.
  • High ownership and motivation to improve partner payments and support functions.
  • Strong analytical skills to size and prioritize issues.
  • Empathetic understanding of the partner experience.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Run and improve the payment process by identifying indicators of a successfully worked shift.
  • Drive higher confidence approvals by working with product, supply, and marketplace teams.
  • Build and operate a partner support infrastructure to identify and correct issues ahead of the payment process.
  • Improve the partner experience by creating a feedback loop from partner support data.
