Quilt is looking for an experienced Payment Analyst to join our growing CX team! In this role, you will serve on a team of Payment ops and act as an internal advocate for our team and customers. The Payment Analyst is vital in helping our new and existing customers get off the ground and start processing. Please note that this role is based out of our office in Provo, UT.   • Configure customer accounts, including sending applications, adjusting rates, and assigning cases to the Onboarding team.
  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and other payment‑related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of case interactions, assignments, setup details, and assist in refining SOPs.
  • Review all reports daily and ensure accuracy; confirm all new cases are completed and assigned by end‑of‑day.
  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements to meet customer expectations and business requirements.
  • Verify all customer services are active and accounts are fully enabled for a strong customer experience.
  • Work across multiple CRMs and ensure accurate updates and manual data migration into Salesforce.
  • BA or BS degree preferred but not required
  • 1–2 years in customer service, software implementation, or customer operations
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite, and Salesforce preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Demonstrates proactive and innovative approach
  • Strong written and verbal communication with understanding of situational best practices
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and empathetic demeanor
  • Commitment to excellent customer service
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
