About The Position
As a Payments Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing payment escalations and operational processes. You will collaborate with the engineering, product, and finance teams to provide timely and effective resolution to escalations, manage operational workflows, and ensure smooth reconciliation of payments. Your mission is to enhance our operational efficiency through process optimization, automating workflows, and resolving discrepancies in balances and payment data. This role will be based in Warsaw, Poland, and will have a remote work model that supports our commitment to employee well-being and work-life balance.
