About The Position

The Global Payment team of Bytedance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok. The Payment Network team in Global Payment ensures a secure, professional and efficient overseas payment solution, helping businesses to unblock payment channels and effectively assisting overseas business and product expansion. This includes tasks such as building general service capabilities, payment instruction orchestration engine, etc. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship from August 2025 onwards. Responsibilities

• Support regional strategy leads to developing comprehensive and forward-thinking payment strategies aligned with overall business objectives and growth goals.
• Analyze industry trends and gather market and sector insights to stay updated on developments in the ecommerce and payments industry, market changes, and emerging technologies.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.
• Support the successful execution of payment-related initiatives, ensuring timely project delivery.
