GENERAL FUNCTION: Owns and actively manages all aspects of the product line P&L with an emphasis on sales delivery and execution. Sets strategic direction and underlying strategic initiatives that will support that strategy. Partner with Product and TM leadership on three-year strategic plans, quarterly strategic reviews (including executive summary/strategy section of large proposals). Owns and actively manages the financial plan for commercial card. Continuously reviews and explains variances/changes to quarterly numbers and long-term(3-year) numbers. Manages the Strategic Account Manager, Treasury Solution Consultants and the Card Enablement Team to deliver to achieve financial and client experience goals. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
