Responsibilities

Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.
Increase VISA product sales and usage.
Assist members and employees (branching and departments) in payment services department needs including clerical duties.
Follow up with members to ensure they receive their rewards.
Provide consistent member follow-up.
Comply with all regulations as required by law.
Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.
