Requirements

  • Strong ability to think critically and solve problems.

  • Attentiveness to professionalism in appearance and action.
  • High School Diploma

  • Prior credit union experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.
  • Increase VISA product sales and usage.
  • Assist members and employees (branching and departments) in payment services department needs including clerical duties.
  • Follow up with members to ensure they receive their rewards.
  • Provide consistent member follow-up.
  • Comply with all regulations as required by law.
  • Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.
