About The Position

Comcast is at the forefront of innovation in media and technology, and we are seeking an execution-focused Product Manager to join our Payments team. This role is pivotal in building and managing traditional payment offerings such as ACH, Credit, Debit, and RTP, as well as fast and emerging payment rails. The Product Manager will be responsible for designing the product strategy, overseeing the buildout of products and processes, defining the target audience, and crafting the go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and executing product solutions in the Payments space, particularly in B2B or B2C API payment platforms that support both card-present and card-not-present transactions. This includes a deep understanding of recurring payments, one-time payments, tokenization, regulatory compliance, network compliance, BSA/AML, risk management, and operational challenges. In this role, you will lead the product development and commercialization of Comcast's payment products, ensuring they meet evolving business needs and regulatory requirements. You will champion a client-centric approach, managing the entire product life cycle from ideation to planning, execution, and launch. Your responsibilities will include developing measurable value-based business cases for product roadmaps and innovation that support strategic objectives. You will oversee the performance of assigned payment products, ensuring smooth, secure, and transparent transactions while validating performance against defined business objectives. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will operate cross-functionally and build strong partnerships within Comcast and with external vendors. You will facilitate negotiations with payment processors and financial partners, working closely with product, compliance, risk, and legal teams. Additionally, you will conduct periodic product reviews with stakeholders, oversee regulatory compliance, and adhere to our operating model. Fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be essential to drive innovation in payment solutions and execute go-live strategies effectively. As a Product Manager, you will also refine the product lifecycle process, define standard discovery, planning, and feedback sessions to drive the product roadmap, and promote a culture of continuous improvement through iteration and direct communication. You will be expected to lead with a data-driven mindset, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and understand modern technologies and architectural patterns that can enhance platform performance. Your role will involve delivering results with cross-functional teams and empowering team members appropriately, all while ensuring that the customer experience remains a top priority.
