Under second degree supervision, perform a variety of office duties related to payment processing and operations. This position involves processing customer payments, operating mail opening and extraction equipment, and utilizing customer service systems for accessing account information. The role requires balancing payments with multiple checks and/or customer bills, preparing daily bank deposits, and generating daily reports. Additionally, the employee will operate personal computers, calculators, and other similar office equipment while performing other related or less skilled duties as assigned.
