Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing demands and shifting priorities.
• One year of experience performing administrative and clerical procedures is preferred but optional.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.
• You are required to take a background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience with Microsoft Office is preferred.
• One year of experience with Microsoft Word is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Updating account balances in our system of record by posting payments made via mail, over the phone, or via our web portal.
• Reconciling payment batches to deposit records.
• Identifying and correcting any errors found.
• Researching and responding to internal email inquiries.
