Requirements

• Previous banking experience is a plus.
• Possible Accredited Automated Clearing House Professional (AAP) designation.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Adeptness in learning proprietary systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer phone support using proprietary programs for assistance.
• Maintain customer relationships including documenting interactions and correspondence.
• Complete customer correspondence requests received via email or physical mail.
• Be knowledgeable of the products and services offered within the department and bank-wide.
• Process settlement files and daily transaction postings on behalf of community bank customers.
• Execute daily payment activities and ensure end-of-day timelines for account balance settlement.
• Perform payment activities within various payment platforms.
