Arrive at work in the morning – no night shifts here! Oversees, processes, and directs day-to-day work performance related to payment posting, banking, lock box, mail, refunds, and reconciliations. Pro-actively works with the CBO Payment Supervisors in identifying and resolving issues to assure high quality, efficient, cost-effective services consistent with the needs to the organization. Maintains awareness of applicable laws and/or regulations affecting area of responsibility and makes recommendations for changes to ensure compliance. Actively pursues inconsistencies and/or inaccuracies in coding and/or billing and appropriately brings to the attention of the CBO Payment Supervisor. Promotes a positive, professional image and represents The Iowa Clinic and Physician Management Resources both internally and externally. Promotes positive interpersonal relations and serves as a role model with all personnel.
