About The Position
This position delivers exceptional service to Credit Union members and internal teams by ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payment operations tasks. It involves conducting research, verifying information, and resolving member issues. The role also provides support to both front-line and back-office staff regarding card and payment-related matters. All duties are carried out in accordance with established operating procedures and in compliance with Credit Union policies.
