Requirements

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing complex challenges independently and collaboratively while multitasking in time-critical situations.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, Formulas, and Conditional Formatting, is required.
  • A solid understanding of basic financial concepts, such as debits, credits, and payment funding methods.
  • BA/BS degree; degree in business-related field of study (Accounting, Business Admin, Economics, or Finance).

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with the US healthcare system and health plan operations.
  • Coding and querying knowledge (SQL, Python, etc.) is preferred.
