Requirements

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing complex challenges independently and collaboratively while multitasking in time-critical situations.
1-3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, Formulas, and Conditional Formatting, is required.
A solid understanding of basic financial concepts, such as debits, credits, and payment funding methods.
BA/BS degree; degree in business-related field of study (Accounting, Business Admin, Economics, or Finance).

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with the US healthcare system and health plan operations.
Coding and querying knowledge (SQL, Python, etc.) is preferred.
