Position Overview Under the technical direction of Direct Hire (DH) staff in the Office of Finance, the Payment Accountant / Voucher Examiner supports payment processing, voucher examination, and Intra-Governmental Payment and Collection (IPAC) transactions. Personnel perform moderately complex financial management functions requiring independent judgment, technical proficiency, and adherence to federal laws, regulations, and Agency policies. This labor category operates in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment and performs non-inherently governmental functions under established procedures.
