Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash accurately.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with payment transactions at pay stations, including cash, credit, and electronic payments.
  • Monitor and collect cash from payment machines, ensuring accurate accounting and secure handling of funds.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance of pay stations to ensure they are clean, functional, and free of vandalism.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues or escalate to maintenance teams as necessary.
  • Provide clear and courteous communication to customers regarding payment procedures, policies, and any issues encountered.
  • Maintain detailed records of transactions, incidents, and maintenance activities for reporting purposes.
