Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash accurately.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with using pay stations, including processing payments and providing guidance on payment options.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and operational status of pay stations to ensure they are fully functional at all times.
  • Collect and secure cash from pay stations, accurately recording transactions and cash levels.
  • Perform routine inspections and minor maintenance tasks, reporting any technical issues or vandalism to the appropriate department.
  • Provide timely and courteous customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving payment-related problems efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and prepare reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols related to cash handling and equipment operation.
