Pay for Performance Analyst
About The Position
Works as a key liaison for the P4P Outreach Coordinators and the Managed Care Contracting team. Maximizes the effectiveness and attentiveness to Outreach and ongoing Care Management for attributed patient panels/members of the UHS Pay for Performance incentive programs. Serves as focal point for P4P daily operations, and problem solving. This position works with the Care Coordination team, physicians, nurses, office managers, information services & system coordinators from UHS, Inc entities as well as community-based practices. Makes recommendations regarding Care Coordination based on patient data and utilization trends.
Requirements
- Associates Degree
- Five (5) years of health care experience
- Five (5) years of medical terminology and ICD-9/10 coding
- Microsoft Office applications and analytics
