Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Build genuine connections with customers and help them navigate short-term financial solutions
  • Buy, sell, and loan on items such as jewelry, gold, luxury goods, electronics, and collectibles
  • Use sales skills paired with empathy, discretion, and sound judgment
  • Work as part of a close-knit team where communication and accountability matter
  • Create positive in-store experiences that keep customers coming back
  • Contribute to social media and community engagement efforts (training provided)
