The position involves greeting, connecting, and establishing a rapport with guests while maintaining a level of store appearance and accomplishing pawn production goals. The role requires testing and cleaning items to maximize store profitability, researching product values accurately, and ensuring the confidentiality of previous owners by removing personal data from electronic items eligible for resale. Additionally, the position involves accurately recording brand, model, serial numbers, guest information, and detailed descriptions in accordance with state and city regulations. The employee must ensure that guests' loans and purchases are stored properly, effectively promote the CashPass Visa card, maintain a clean work environment, attend regular pawn trainings and store meetings, enforce safety, health, and security rules, and achieve pawnbroker key performance indicators (KPI). Other duties may be assigned by management.
