About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Paving Foreman to lead one of our paving crews. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows asphalt paving, takes pride in quality work, and wants to grow with a company that is investing heavily in its future.

Lazer Striping & Sealing was acquired last year, and we have big plans for growth in 2026 and beyond. We are still a small company with a strong culture, but we are moving fast and building the right team to scale.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a paving foreman or lead paver
• Proven experience operating: Asphalt paving machines Skid steers
• Strong understanding of paving processes and job-site workflow
• Reliable, accountable, and team-oriented
• Ability to lead by example and take pride in workmanship

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a paving crew on commercial and residential projects
• Operate paving equipment, including paving machines and skid steers
• Ensure quality, efficiency, and safety on every job
• Coordinate with management on scheduling, materials, and job readiness
• Train and support crew members
• Take ownership of job quality and completion
