Requirements

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer-first mindset
Solid math skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Experience reading plans, performing take-offs, and understanding technical details
Excellent attention to detail and sound decision-making abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
A true “get it done” attitude

Nice To Haves

3+ years of experience in the concrete paving industry (preferred)

Responsibilities

Preparing accurate and timely estimates for concrete paving materials
Performing take-offs from plans and drawings to determine quantities
Confirming quotes, quantities, customer requirements, procurement timelines, and delivery schedules
Communicating professionally with customers, engineers, contractors, and internal team members daily
Maintaining bid calendars and job files to ensure seamless tracking and follow-up
Coordinating closely with the Paving Division Manager to meet project schedules
Ensuring accuracy, accountability, and clear communication throughout the estimating process
